We believe in connecting with you before your diagnostic and then throughout your recovery. Firstly, you pick when and where suits you.

Before your session, we will gather information from you about your condition, goals and lifestyle. In the video session we will:

  • Discuss your problem
  • Analyse your posture, movement and strength
  • Diagnose what your problem is to the best of our ability
  • Set success markers (targets that we know you need to achieve to meet your ultimate goal)
  • Outline a clear roadmap to your recovery
  • Provide you with advice to manage your pain

If needed we will connect you to consultants, scanning centres or your GP, ensuring a joined-up approach.

Correct

Following your Assessment, you will receive your Recovery Roadmap and 1st weeks rehabilitation programme within 24 hours complete with videos and explanations.

We will check in regularly through messaging and further scheduled video calls, to ensure that your programme is working for your condition but also your lifestyle. You will be able to message us at any time if you have concerns or questions about your progress.

You will have targets to hit and your program will be intensified accordingly.

Your programme will evolve over time to keep it interesting, challenging and effective.

Protect

Our aim is to provide a long-term solution. Your Recovery Roadmap will focus not only on your current injuries, but also exercises for surrounding areas to keep you strong.

Through this process you will achieve long term balance, movement confidence and strength. If you choose to progress to our lifestyle programme, it will allow you to continue to progress towards future goals and ambitions.

We aim for you to leave with a better understanding of your body and tools to stay fit and healthy in the future.

It is very important to us that we work with people that are committed to playing an active part in their recovery. Anyone who tells you that a quick treatment or use of a particular machine will solve your problem is not telling you the whole truth.
