Once you have achieved your goal that was set out at the beginning of the process you can progress to our Live Forever Programme.
You can again choose to pay for this on a rolling monthly basis or get 12 months of support and guidance for just £300.

What happens next?
It's Easy
Once you have completed your booking, we will send you an email confirmation as well as a form to fill in to provide your physio with some information prior to your Assessment.
You will then receive a reminder with a link to the video session 24 hours prior to your appointment.
